Celease is passionate about youth education, creativity, connection, and building safe spaces for youth. You will often see her frantically writing in her notebook because she’s constantly thinking of innovative ideas to spark change.

As the new Program Manager for the U Choose Clinic, Classrooms, and Community (3-C) program, Celease is excited to apply her experience managing an after-school program, learn more about adolescent sexual and reproductive health, and support educators within Baltimore City Public Schools. Celease has a B.S. in Psychology from Stevenson University, where she spent her time focusing on sexuality, mental health, and race equity education.

When she needs to unwind, Celease loves to spend hours walking through craft stores, planning out her next crochet project. She also enjoys spending time outside gardening, roller skating with friends, and trying to befriend friendly neighborhood cats.
