What's my username?
Your username is the email address you used to register with us. Can't remember which one? Try a password reset with any of the emails you might have used. (If you don't receive an email, check your junk email.)

Why can't I access all the Hub resources?
Your Hub access is designed to be unique to you and is based on the trainings you have completed.
For example, if you've completed the facilitator training, but not the virtual version, you will not be able to access the virtual facilitator materials.
